OCF Board Candidate Forum!
This year, the OCF Get Out the Vote Team is excited to be hosting a candidate forum for our OCF Board candidates! This new event will allow increased member participation and education in board elections by providing fair voters with easier access to information about OCF Board candidates. In order to do this, the GOTV Team will also be videotaping the forum and posting it on the Oregon Country Fair Forum website in advance of the October 16th Annual Meeting. Posting the forum video will provide an opportunity for board candidates to share their ideas with Fair folk who may not be able to attend the forum in person or attend the annual meeting. 2010 OCF Elections Timeline
Sept. 11: Candidate Forum, 6-9pm, 1645 High Street, Eugene
Sept. 16: Last day to register to vote in Fair Family 2010 elections
Oct. 1: Last day to request an absentee ballot. Email: elections@oregoncountryfair.org
Oct. 16: Annual Meeting in Eugene (6:30pm, 420 W. 12th St.). This is where the OCF BOD election takes place. Unless you are voting absentee (see the above Oct 1 deadline for requesting absentee ballot), attendance at this event is necessary if you want to vote.
