Meet Our Executive Director Finalists! Friday June 14, 6-9pm
The Oregon Country Fair Executive Director Search Committee invites you to participate in a large group interview of each of the two finalists for the OCF Executive Director position. We are planning a friendly, welcoming interview environment for our two finalists. Please wear festive attire! UO Ford Alumni Center, Giustina Ballroom, 1720 East 13th, Eugene, Oregon. Late Night Trips Rides Again!
For folks who have wristbands, this bus project offers late night rides back to town. Cost for the weekend is just $20. Registration forms must arrive in the office no later than July 1st! After that, you may register only at the wrsitband booth at Fair starting Wednesday July 11, Troubleshooters line. Click here for information and this year's registration form with 2019 times/dates.

1 Main Camp Opens
1 NO DOGS allowed on OCF property
1 Booth registration on-site office opens
1 all booth fees must be paid in full
1 no work on booths permitted prior to this date
1 Booth claim begins
3 Board of Directors meeting, 7 pm, Northwest Youth Corps, 2621 Augusta St, Eugene
4 Peach Power, 6pm on site (meet in main camp)
5 Food Committee, 5pm, OCF Office (tentative, check with office)
9 One-year only Booth Claim Day
12 Mandatory food vendors meeting, 6:30pm, Harris Hall, 125 E. 8th, Eugene
12 Proof of Insurance for food booths must be received by OCF Office. Bring to food booth meeting
13 Community Village General Meeting, 1685 W. 13th, Eugene

11 Annual meeting of booth participants, 7 to 9pm at Shady Grove
11 Human Intervention Training, 5pm, Blue Moon
15 NO CAMPING ON OCF PROPERTY. No one on property after 6pm except post-Fair work crews.
