SUMMARY:FairCARE Town Hall on Grievance Procedures
DESCRIPTION:Hi Fair Family! \nFairCARE\, a work group created by the OCF Executive Director in early 2020\, has been hard at work on our new Community Relations and Restoration Process (formerly known as the Grievance Procedures). You can review the Draft Process now and help us gather some information from you to ensure that this is the best process we can create at this time.  If you’re interested in sharing your questions/concerns with FairCARE\, we have a couple of ways for you to participate: \n\nDuring a Virtual Town Hall Meeting – On January 31\, (at 1 PM) the FairCARE Community Relations and Restoration Process team will host a remote session via zoom with any Fair Family member that wishes to participate. Registration in advance is preferred\, but not required.\n\nYou can sign up for the remote session through this link: https://forms.gle/DzHofSG2ixptFX6p6 . During the meeting\, we’ll present a brief overview of the new process and the changes we’re intending to make in Phase 1 of our multi-year improvement process.
