Conflict workers at the Fair will be able to provide feedback and ask clarifying questions on Thursday\, June 17th at 7 pm. This stakeholdering session is specifically for the Diversity Committee and Fair arbitrators and mediators\, but in the name of transparency\, the meeting is open to all Fair Family. \nThe DRAFT Grievance Process document can be viewed here: \nhttps://oregoncountryfair.net/wp-content/uploads/bsk-pdf-manager/2021/06/DRAFT-Grievance-Process-2021.pdf \nPlease consider submitting feedback and questions in writing so that the work group is able to process and address them most fully before the stakeholdering session – we want to give every comment time and attention\, and this seems to be the best way we can do that.
