Your member responsibilities include keeping the Fair informed of your current contact information\, and voting in the OCF annual election by the deadline. You need to continue to meet the participation requirements and vote at least once every three years to remain on thevoting roles. The Election Committee will send a ballot to all registered voters in mid-September. This will also serve as notice of the 2026 Annual Membership Meeting and Election. You may submit member registration forms to elections@oregoncountryfair.org (scan and email) or by postal mail to the Fair office\, 442 Lawrence St\, Eugene\, OR\, 97401.
