This can be done either in person\, or by calling QM at 541-935-SITE(7483) Meal counts to Main Camp Quartermaster are Due:8am for lunch2pm for dinner8pm for breakfast the next morning TeensTeens will receive a meal if they are on site working and have been included in the coordinator meal count for that meal and have received a meal wristband. ChildrenChildren 12 and under will receive a meal only if they go through the line with their supervising adult.

DESCRIPTION:Come out to Main Stage Meadow to come together for a fun day at Teddy Bear Picnic. More details will be added after the Fair.  \n\n\n\nWe are serving up food at 3pm. We will have a table set up for sharing dishes. If you bring a dish to share\, then please remember to come back and pick up your serving dish and utensils. \n\n\n\nThe band takes the stage at 4pm to entertain us into the evening. \n\n\n\nIt’s always great to reduce our waste. Please consider bringing your own cups\, plates and utensils. We will provide compostable plates and utensils as well as water. Bring your chairs\, picnic blankets\, beverages (no glass)\, and sunscreen. Don’t forget your bears\, the Fair’s trees will look better with a bear. \n\n\n\nCamping is allowed on Sunday night only.
