We want to create targeted opportunities for connection between the artisans\, food booth workers\, entertainers\, volunteers\, and operational staff. Regularly scheduled operational meetings were part of Mary Miller’s (NAO consultant) recommendations to ensure that back and forth communication continues\, as operational issues move out of the BoD meeting venue. \nWe are hoping that these meetings will provide opportunities for questions\, observations\, and collaboration.
