The results of the special member action are as follows:
Total Ballots: 1,563
Yes: 633
No: 919
Spoiled ballots: 6
Blank ballots/abstentions: 5
The result of the vote is that Jon Silvermoon is not removed as a Director of the Oregon Country Fair.
