The Oregon Country Fair site is available to use as a meeting space, work site, and venue space. We have multiple sites, availability of which depends upon date. The site is not available to rent from May 1 through August 30; however, OCF-related work activities are allowed year-round.
OCF facilities (Main Camp kitchen, screen kitchen, port-a-potties) are not included in any rentals. Event organizers are required to provide any necessary accommodations for their attendees, including port-a-potties, seating, stage equipment, and signage. No equipment will be provided by the Fair.
OCF work parties and committee meetings are excluded from having to pay usage fees and deposits. If Fair property if left in such a state that cleaning or repair is required, then all future reservations are forfeited until the next Fair and a deposit may be required to book again.
