OCF Board Election Timeline

Below are the dates for the upcoming year. These dates may change as we move ahead with the hybrid voting process.

The Election Committee will mail a ballot to all registered voters in September. This will also serve as notice for the Annual Meeting. The voter pamphlet will be published at the bottom of this page when the ballots are mailed, to reduce printing and mailing expenses and paper waste. Contact elections@oregoncountryfair.org if you need a paper copy of the voter pamphlet.

  • July 31, 2026, 8pm PDT – Deadline to submit advisory petitions to be placed on the October ballot.
  • August 16, 2026, 8pm PDT – Deadline to submit Candidate Statements for publication in the voter pamphlet and voter info section in the Fair Family News.
  • September 10, 2026, 8pm PDT – Last Day to Sign Up as a Voting Member to vote in the 2026 election.
  • September 27, 2026, 4pm PDT – Get Out The Vote Candidates Forum
  • October 1, 2026, 8pm PDT – If you haven’t received your ballot by this date, we may not have your correct address or you may not be on the voting member list. Contact elections@oregoncountryfair.org as soon as possible to check on your ballot.
  • October 10, 2026, 6:30pm PDT – Annual Membership Meeting. The agenda will include the State of the Peach, the Treasurers’ report and Board candidate statements.
    • The meeting will be held in person at the Unitarian Universalist Church in Eugene. There will be a YouTube livestream to view the meeting.
    • Elections Committee will be at the Eugene office from 4pm-5:30pm. Please come to the Eugene office if you need help with a replacement ballot. You can drop off your ballot at the meeting.
  • October 17, 2026 – BALLOTS ARE DUE BY 8PM at the Fair office. Ballots received after this time will not be counted.

  • October 18, 2026 – Ballots will be counted, with results posted upon completion.
