  1. Review Jon and Arna’s new wording for closed session meetings;
  2. Establish Criteria for Annual Evaluations of committee mission, charter, and processes for board review, with the assistance of the Board Liaisons prior to the annual meeting.
  3. Recommend establishing a Board Group to perform Annual Evaluations of Board committees. Create procedures for addressing performance issues.

New business

  1. Policies and practices regarding the recording of committee meetings, and the approved ownership, dissemination and uses of such recordings.
  2. Board Liaison roles and responsibilities (example: can a meeting happen in their absence? Can they delegate that responsibility? )

    Elders Committee Meeting

    Elders Committee Annual June In-Person Meeting & Potluck at a committee member’s home in Pleasant Hill.
