- Establish Criteria for Annual Evaluations of committee mission, charter, and processes for board review, with the assistance of the Board Liaisons prior to the annual meeting.
- Recommend establishing a Board Group to perform Annual Evaluations of Board committees. Create procedures for addressing performance issues.

- Policies and practices regarding the recording of committee meetings, and the approved ownership, dissemination and uses of such recordings.
- Board Liaison roles and responsibilities (example: can a meeting happen in their absence? Can they delegate that responsibility? )
