EDIB Work Group Statement:

The Equity Diversity Inclusion and Belonging Work Group (EDIB) is committed to fostering a welcoming and equitable environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to participate fully, regardless of background, identity, or perspective. We actively promote diversity, inclusion, and belonging through intentional actions with ongoing dialogue, and future-focused recommendations. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for offensive language in any context and regardless of how one may identify so we can maintain a space that prioritizes respect and equity. Our mission is to drive actionable change and support the ongoing growth and evolution of the Oregon Country Fair.

  • Liaison Board report back and discusses about  survey and qualitative framework/ data analysis 
  • Survey crew member shares survey for the 2024 report.
  • Review agenda for today including remind public about when we will allow for participation (15min)
  • Discuss and revise tasks set by the Board: Overall clear assumptions for the tasks and think about strategies (30-50 min)
