MAIN MEETING: Saturday May 6, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

LOCATION: Alices

TYPE OF EVENT: In-person (Zoom option is a maybe – T.B.D.)

The building opens at 5 p.m., Friday May 5 for setup. Overnight stays welcome

  • Meeting begins at 10 a.m.
  • Arrive early for coffee, breakfast snacks, and conversation
  • Potluck Lunch – bring something to share
    • Overnight stays welcome

Sunday 5/7/2023

  • Breakfast available/potluck
  • Clean up and clear out by Noon

    Elders Committee Meeting

    Elders Committee Annual June In-Person Meeting & Potluck at a committee member’s home in Pleasant Hill. For more information, visit https://ocfelders.weebly.com/elder-events.html Times: 3 p.m. Arrive early to volunteer with setup and socialize 5 p.m. Potluck 6 p.m. The meeting will begin at the conclusion of the potluck – 6 p.m. or a bit later.     Food Committee holds monthly work sessions as well as quarterly Town Hall meetings. Please email committee@ocffood.org to request a link to attend a work session if you have an issue to discuss with the committee.
