Last Day to Sign Up as a Voting Member

If you wish to vote in the OCF Board of Directors 2026 election you must already be a registered member or meet the member eligibility requirements in Article V, Section 2 of our Bylaws.

Your member responsibilities include keeping the Fair informed of your current contact information, and voting in the OCF annual election by the deadline. You need to continue to meet the participation requirements and vote at least once every three years to remain on the
voting roles.

The Election Committee will send a ballot to all registered voters in mid-September. This will also serve as notice of the 2026 Annual Membership Meeting and Election.

You may submit member registration forms to elections@oregoncountryfair.org (scan and email) or by postal mail to the Fair office, 442 Lawrence St, Eugene, OR, 97401. Note that all member registration forms must be signed by hand – we cannot accept electronic signatures.

You may email elections@oregoncountryfair.org to check your membership status (before September 10, 2026) update your address, or request replacement ballot if you have not received yours by October 1, 2026.


• Be sure to include your name and current contact info.
• Each individual must request their own ballot. Please do not request ballots for family members, partners, or friends.
• Ballots are not available at the Fair office unless pick up arrangements are made with elections@oregoncountryfair.org.
