OCF Treasurers, Staff and Board have been collaborating to research and vet a revised budget for 2020. In this Open House, Hilary Anthony and Lynda Gingerich (co-Treasurers), and Crystalyn Frank (Operations Manager), will discuss the proposal and take questions. The revised budget proposal will go before the Board at the June 1st Board Meeting.
Here is the revised budget proposal in case you’d like to see it in advance. It includes a cash flow scenario through 2021, some orienting thoughts and the motions being proposed by these documents. The Board may revise the 2020 proposals for adoption in June.
