Thank you for your patience and understanding with this unprecedented weather. We have managed to reduce the amount of damage to the site, but we aren’t out of this yet. Things are drying out, and the site is open to food and craft booths as well as all work crews.

Access to the Eight for booth construction via Gators, golf carts, foot and peach cart is available. Please scroll down to read the most recent information.

We will continue to monitor the weather and assess the land. Please check with Quartermaster by calling 541.935.SITE (7483) for updates on access to the site via vehicle and continue to monitor the oregoncountryfair.net site for updates.

Update at 12:15pm 6/23/22

Things are finally drying out at the site, huzzah! Today, the Eight is limited to Gator trailers, foot traffic and peach carts.

The Eight is planned to be open, on a limited basis, tomorrow, Friday, June 24th.

Thank you all for your patience as we continue to be responsible stewards of the land!

Parking at the Fair Site
It’s still super wet out here! People are allowed to work on their booths; however, there are hazards. If it’s not necessary to come to the site this weekend, then wait for a few days to allow things to dry out.

Vehicles are not allowed inside the Eight.

There’s lots of wet soil and standing water in our parking areas. Getting stuck is a very real danger, and we do not have the resources to pull cars out of the mud.

We have volunteers that will guide you towards our limited places for parking. You should be prepared to walk long distances. Consider bringing a smaller load or no load this time.

Alice’s and many other areas are closed for parking. Parking is limited to portions of Traffic Lot and the roads.

If you don’t HAVE to come to the site this weekend, don’t.
