It’s time to send in your guidelines change proposals for staff and the Board to consider. We will post all the proposals on the .net site. We will also publish them in Fair Family News.

We are trying something new this year. We will have two sets of guidelines. We are going to publish the guidelines specific to Booth Representatives separately. Both will be available to pick up in print and online.

All proposed Guideline changes must be submitted using this form. The deadline for submissions is November 15 at 5pm. The Board will review proposals pertaining to policies during the December 2024 Board meeting. They will vote on policy changes during the January 2025 Board meeting. Once all proposals are voted upon, the Guidelines will be sent to print and will be available Spring 2025.
