The Food Committee will begin with an open meeting. Guests should plan on attending at the beginning of the meeting. We will address any questions or concerns from guests during the open meeting section. Once all guest concerns have been handled, we will transition to a closed meeting for Food Committee members only. Please review the meeting agenda for scheduled discussion topics at the meeting.

– Review of Town Hall

– Begin a discussion on guideline changes and proposals

– Review the CBP meeting

– Discuss possible changes to our committee, open/closed, structure, recruitment

– Create the agenda for the next meeting as well as an outline for the retreat

    This event is sponsored by the Elders. All are welcome to attend. The Spirit Walk takes place at Alice's and commemorates those who have left the earthly plane.  Activities include a commemorative site walk-about, the ceremonial burning of messages placed on the Still Living Room Memorial Kiosk at the 2026 Fair, and a potluck.
