This is a hybrid meeting. We encourage all food booth reps to attend in person at the Unitarian Church in Eugene. If you are attending in person, then please enter from the north door. The door remains locked, and we will have someone right there to let you in. Booth Reg will be available to help you around 4:30pm.

    Elders Committee Meeting

    Elders Committee Annual June In-Person Meeting & Potluck at a committee member’s home in Pleasant Hill. For more information, visit https://ocfelders.weebly.com/elder-events.html Times: 3 p.m. Arrive early to volunteer with setup and socialize 5 p.m. Potluck 6 p.m. The meeting will begin at the conclusion of the potluck – 6 p.m. or a bit later.     Food Committee holds monthly work sessions as well as quarterly Town Hall meetings. Please email committee@ocffood.org to request a link to attend a work session if you have an issue to discuss with the committee.
