- In an effort to limit confusion surrounding vaccination dates and boosters, we are providing the following recommendations. These date ranges provide approximately four weeks of time before Fair during which volunteers will need to get their boosters in order to be eligible to participate.
- Moderna / Pfizer:
-If your primary series of Moderna or Pfizer was completed on or before February 12, 2022, please get your booster in order to participate in this year’s Fair. - Johnson & Johnson:
-If your primary series of J&J was completed on or before May 12, 2022, please get your booster in order to participate in this year’s Fair.
- Moderna / Pfizer:
***Please note, boosters are not required for children ages 5 through 11.
Oregon Health Authority has a website available to request a digital copy of your vaccination records. You will enter a few details to get a link to a QR code and electronic copy of your COVID-19 Vaccine record. If you want to share proof of vaccination, you can use either the electronic version or other print/save versions available from the system.
